Title: Traffic Manager
Location: San Francisco

An award-winning, integrated advertising agency is seeking a Traffic Manager. This is a client-service focused position with a twist -- think traffic manager meets account manager. The successful candidate is an organized, take-charge person with a strong account service and project management background. The Traffic Manager will ensure consistent, on-time execution of agency work across all disciplines, orchestrate workflow and resources on creative client initiatives. Campaigns will be mostly offline with some online projects occasionally. This is a great opportunity to join an established team and really make a difference at a creatively-driven agency.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with account supervisor to develop resource estimates for Scope of Work
• Coordinate with producers to develop and maintain master campaign and project schedules
• Ensure consistent use of tools to communicate internally and to client
• Update creative workflow for director of creative services
• Run weekly internal status meetings; attend agency and client-status meetings
• Lead production of client presentations to ensure they are accurate and on time
• Work with producers and the studio manager to ensure asset-sharing across multiple disciplines
• Become the keeper of product information (such as digital asset management, legal disclaimers, style guides, etc.) for the account; organize and maintain internal and client-facing records insuring all work adheres to client guidelines and brand standards
• Organization and maintain client-asset library; ensure consistency of structure for all client records
• Work with art buyer to monitor usage of assets/rights
• Evaluate and determine involvement of appropriate agency team members in projects, meetings and presentations
• Partner with ACDs to provide weekly updates to ECDs
• Provide creative brief and SOW to Director of Creative Services for creative resource assignments
• Open project numbers and input documentation into job tickets
• Schedule kick-offs, briefings, creative reviews and internal reviews, including media IR's
• Allocate hours to resources on schedule of creative development projects and manage production schedules
• Route creative concepts to all team members (creative, ECD, account supervisor, broadcast, art buying, print production, interactive production, proofreading and media); ensure internal approvals of layouts, storyboard(s) and scripts before client presentations
• Receive client feedback from Account Supervisor or Account Executive; follow up with any changes to schedule and communicate to entire team

Requirements:
At least three years of related experience in an account-service role in an agency environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising

Title: Traffic Manager

Working with Sales and other teams, the Traffic Manager will manage, monitor and coordinate project releases. He/she will help to ensure a smooth and seamless flow of communications and on-time release of products and projects. Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor and coordinate traffic and releases for the sales team's projects
• Review daily work schedule with other departments and expedite urgent jobs when necessary
• Write up any job change orders from sales team staff and clients and revise job schedules as needed
• Conduct weekly traffic meetings involving personnel from all relevant departments
• Report any problems affecting job quality, due dates and/or costs
• Oversee quality control, working with all other departments as needed

Requirements:
3+ years experience as a Project Manager or Traffic Manager in a software or Internet company, or advertising agency
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills
• Effective written and oral communications skills, presentation techniques, meeting mechanics and team-building techniques
• Able to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones
• Adept at working well in a cross-functional team and in a fast-paced environment, with very little direction
• A great sense of humor
