Title: EVP, Client Services
Location:

A revolutionary, technology-driven direct marketing company headquartered in San Francisco is seeking an EVP to oversee all aspects of the company's internal agency division. The EVP will lead the account team in developing, executing and optimizing a variety of marketing programs for top-tier consumer brands that include direct mail, online advertising, personalized websites and customized streaming video. In addition, the EVP will be responsible for senior-level hiring and overall development planning for the department. Collaborating with agency leadership, the EVP will work on the executive team to set policies and drive the direction of the agency.

The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience managing client service teams of at least 10 individuals; a strong passion for and natural curiosity about technology; and significant expertise in direct response marketing. An M.B.A. is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain client relationships with mid- and senior-level marketing executives
• Manage and mentor an account team of more than 15 in the execution of programs, leading by example to inspire superior quality work
• Work directly with clients to help them define their marketing strategies and develop executable plans
• Partner across all teams of account directors, designers and production personnel to meet specific client program objectives
• Recruit, hire and supervise personnel to deliver programs
• Work with sales team to identify and close expansion deals with existing clients and provide support on new client opportunities
• Monitor client needs and expectations; resolve any high-level issues as they arise

Requirements:
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant client-service experience
• Undergraduate degree; M.B.A. a plus
• Experience in interactive and/or direct agency in a senior-level client service role
• A background in interactive and/or direct marketing operations
• Proven record of effective team leadership (more than 10 people), client relationship development and strategic planning

Title: Group Director, Client Services
Location:
San Francisco

A leading branding firm is seeking a Group Director, Client Services for its San Francisco office. The successful candidate will directly manage a group of Client Directors and Associate Client Directors; establish and deliver strategic and financial objectives; manage the P&L of the group; and manage the general resources related to the corporate branding team. Reporting to the Managing Director of the San Francisco office, the Group Director will be a contributing member of the office's Executive Committee.

Responsibilities:
• Provide key client leadership for major clients and oversee all aspects of the corporate branding client relationships to ensure that client satisfaction, team satisfaction and client profitability remain high
• Partner with the Executive Creative Director and Managing Director (MD) to identify and champion how the firm presents itself to corporate clients
Discover, create, innovate, introduce and implement new and differentiating approaches to transforming corporate brands
• Identify, oversee and deliver innovative and powerful solutions for new and existing clients
• Collaborate with the Executive Team to ensure that the appropriate quantity and quality of resources are available on client relationships and projects
• Manage and maintain the appropriate mix of talent for each client relationship; and continue to grow existing and new client relationships to ensure year-on-year revenue growth
• Partner with the HR Director in senior-level hiring, strategic staffing and development planning for cross-functional corporate branding resources
• Work with other members of the Executive Team and the Managing Director on strategy and general office issues including resource planning, policy setting and dispute resolution
• Establish proper communications and impact expectations for client relationships to achieve high client and team satisfaction standards
• Negotiate financial agreements with clients and potential clients; work with Finance Director to ensure profitability goals are met
• Ensure client teams are properly managing relationships, resources and utilization to ensure successful, profitable delivery of brand-led solutions

Requirements:
• More than 15 years of experience, including five to 10 years of corporate branding experience with a leading branding firm
• Direct brand-led transformation experience on one or more Fortune 100 brands
• A generalist with broad experience and significant leadership/decision-making experience in a branding firm
• Proven track record as an inspirational team leader managing multiple direct reports and building effective teams
• Collaborative experience with multiple peers
• Proven ability to initiate and implement strategic recommendations and new ideas
• Background of responsibility for financial goals and proven experience in delivering profitability
• A results-driven professional who can pitch and close business
• Extensive insight into how corporations operate and make decisions with respect to brands

Title: Executive Director, Digital Branding

A leading branding firm is seeking an Executive Director of Digital Branding to oversee all aspects of the company's digital communications group. This senior-level role encompasses responsibility for the positioning, business development, marketing, interactive strategy, creative and technical production of the digital department. The Executive Director will develop the digital practice by selling and managing interactive programs to Fortune 500 accounts. He/she will be responsible for senior-level hiring and overall development planning for the department. Collaborating with other Executive Directors and the office leadership, the ED will work with the team to set policies, resolve disputes and deal with staffing and resource questions.

The ideal candidate will have experience within an entrepreneurial and start-up environment; more than 10 years of related experience. General management experience and a successful track record running a P&L for an interactive agency are significant plusses. An MBA is preferred, but not necessary;

Title: General Manager - Public Relations

Title: Head of Customer Acquisition

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in direct marketing segmentation, testing and tracking
• Sound experience in online marketing and driving new member traffic for an online, consumer-focused brand
• Comprehension of the principles of marketing and advertising, including product offer development
• Working knowledge of online customer-acquisition techniques as well as CPM, CPC and CPA strategies
• Strong working knowledge of Internet, performance and direct-response advertising models
