Title: Senior Product Manager

An award-winning, full-service advertising agency is searching for a Senior Project Manager to work in collaboration with a team of industry leaders who are determined to be innovative and enjoy themselves at the same time. The Senior PM will handle a large, well-known account that is ramping up and manage day-to-day creative processes, from conception to completion. In addition, the Senior PM will ensure consistent, on-time execution of agency work across all disciplines, orchestrate workflow and resources on creative client initiatives to guarantee integrated use of client assets and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:
Partner with account supervisor to develop resource estimates for Scope of Work (SOW)
• Coordinate with producers to develop and maintain master campaign and project schedules
• Ensure consistent use of tools to communicate internally and to client
• Update creative workflow for director of creative services
• Run weekly internal status meetings
• Attend client status meetings
• Work with producers and studio manager to ensure assets are shared across multiple disciplines
• Serve as the keeper of product information (such as digital-asset management, legal disclaimers and style guides) for the account; make sure all work adheres to client guidelines and brand standards
• Responsible for organization and maintenance of client asset library; ensure all client records have consistent structures
• Partner with art buyer to monitor usage of assets and rights
• Evaluate and determine involvement of appropriate agency team members in projects, meetings and presentations
• Partner with ACDs to provide weekly updates to ECDs
• Provide creative brief and SOW to Director of Creative Services for creative resource assignments
• Open project numbers and input documentation into job tickets
• Schedule kick-offs, briefings, creative reviews and internal reviews, including media IRs
• Allocate hours to resources on schedule of creative development projects
• Lead production of client presentations to ensure they are accurate and on time
• Route creative concepts to all team members (creative, ECD, account supervisor, broadcast, art buying, print production, interactive production, proofreading and media); ensure internal approvals of layouts, storyboards and scripts before client presentations
• Manage tasks according to production schedules
• Review executions for product guidelines and corporate identity
• When the Account Supervisor or Account Executive provides client feedback, follow up with any changes to schedule and communicate to entire team
• Organize and maintain internal and client-facing records
• Maintain server structure for account

Requirements:
Seven to 10 years in the industry or related experience
• Digital experience required but not the primary focus
• Web-development experience
• Experience at implementing change-management, issues-management, project-administration and other processes
• Experience producing presentations and reports and reporting project status
• Solid experience in estimating projects and in managing resources
• Topnotch skills in multitasking and communication
• Demonstrated leadership in problem-solving frameworks and practices
• Accomplished mastery of data analysis and statistical modeling techniques

Title: Executive Producer
Location:

An award-winning, full-service advertising agency is searching for a highly successful Executive Producer to help create the best integrated experiences, from Web to gaming to mobile to film, and to serve as the bridge across production, creative, project-management, account strategy, account services and media departments. Reporting to the CEO in business matters and to the Executive Creative Director in creative projects, the Executive Producer builds and leads integrated interactive projects, with a focus on campaigns that push creative and technological limits.

Responsibilities:
Manage interactive production process, including integration across other agency functions such as project and account management, strategy and other production disciplines
• Manage team of digital producers, allocating agency resources against production assignments, based on workload, capacity, expertise and other factors
• Take on interactive production assignments, as required
• Ensure all digital production assignments are accurately estimated, providing revised estimates during jobs and ensuring completion of jobs within approved budgets
• Working with producers, actualize all production assignments, to ensure all billable costs are properly delineated and billed to clients
• Establish and enforce production process for interactive work, ensuring strategic, creative, account and client input and monitoring (process includes documentation, vendor selection process and management and post-production reconciliation)
• Develop strategy and rationale for in-house and external production assignments; compile extensive list of external vendors to contact, organized by track record, expertise, availability and other factors
• Monitor, understand and, where appropriate, direct agency to implement new technologies for both internal and client digital assignments
• Find solutions and solve problems, such as how to streamline internal production processes
• Assess and recommend digital production staffing needs, including IA, digital studio artists and producers
• Work with account teams to develop RFPs and statements of work
• Integrating with offline, broadcast and other teams to execute new business pitches in a timely manner
• Regularly schedule internal team meetings to review progress identify problems and correct them if necessary
• Manage production status reports to keep account teams up to speed on where we stand with each interactive project
• Manage vendor invoices to ensure they receive payment on time
• Review all rounds of creative prior to account and client presentations; ensure all revisions have been made

Requirements:
Seven to 10 years in the industry or related experience
• A background in developing interactive projects and managing large creative team and clients
• Solid supervision and leadership skills
• Experience with Web, mobile, film and gaming as well as other projects
• Topnotch communication, collaboration and teamwork skills
• Strong knowledge of Internet technologies
• Deep understanding of project management, workflow and infrastructure
