Title: Senior
CRM Manager
Location:

A
growing, consumer e-commerce site is searching for a Senior CRM Manager
to handle the engagement of various customer segments. Reporting to the
CRM Director, the Senior CRM Manager will be responsible for driving revenue
through developing the appropriate contact strategy through multiple channels.
A key member of the customer marketing team, the Senior CRM Manager will
focus on generating value and insights across the customer life-cycle
through data-driven direct marketing and testing.
Responsibilities:
Leading
a team of three marketing managers in efficiently delivering customer-focused,
cross-channel direct marketing campaigns
Engendering loyalty and driving revenue from existing customers
by developing and executing contact strategies across multiple segments
and all customer touch points (direct marketing on site, email and direct
mail)
Migrating customers from lower- to higher-value segments
Engaging customers by encouraging activity across all of the company's
products
Leading marketing test strategies and methodologies to identify
attributes of successful offers, content types and delivery tactics to
roll across segments
Working with the business analysis team to evaluate drivers of
engagement, loyalty and repeat rates across multiple segments
Managing budget based on results; delivering on-time and on-budget
Requirements:
More than
10 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, with specific
experience in consumer-driven brands and digital marketing
Solid understanding of retail and e-commerce
Demonstrated track record driving measurable results through customer
marketing efforts, ideally in an e-commerce environment
Demonstrated knowledge of creating contact and promotional strategies
with a track record of results
Experience driving customers through the life-cycle to achieve
targeted LTV goals
Experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams
An innovative thinker who can operate in a strategic capacity as
well as with laser-like focus on flawless execution and drive for results
Demonstrated experience with results utilizing campaign management,
data-query tools such as Brio, Epiphany, or Cognos
Highly developed PC skills and advanced proficiency with Excel
and Access
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Exceptional analytical, planning and project-management skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Title: Senior
Direct Marketing Manager / Direct Marketing Manager

A
growing, consumer e-commerce site is searching for a Senior Direct Marketing
Manager / Direct Marketing Manager (DMM) to join its customer marketing
team, lead strategy and execution of direct-mail and related marketing
programs aimed at profitably attracting and retaining the site's customers.
Reporting to a Director, the DMM will focus on generating value and insights
from programs that heavily leverage direct mail and email across the customer
lifecycle through data-driven marketing and testing. In this new, key
role, the DMM will also lead win-back campaigns, holiday-card and other
programs, among other duties. This is a great opportunity to make a big

Responsibilities:
Develop
and manage direct-mail strategy and contact plan that optimizes ROI for
customer acquisition and retention
Responsible for all circulation planning, including plan development,
test design and planning, file delivery and execution as well as post-campaign
analysis
Own customer and prospect data capture and analyses, guiding development
of models, customer profiles and other analyses that better target prospects
and customers through direct mail
Develop creative briefs and manage creative development for outbound
catalog and direct mail; formulate creative testing strategies that continuously
optimize response
Identify, recommend and manage external printers and vendors that
deliver best-in-class, high-value, direct-mail programs within budget
Assure coordination with other marketing functions and programs
Manage preparation and execution of customer communications from
concept to execution, including project plans, briefs, budget and timelines
Oversee all aspects of the post-transaction customer communications
experience, including site experience, email and package inserts
Manage cross-channel marketing programs (website, direct mail,
email) where direct mail is a key component; identify opportunities for
using the direct-mail channel to increase customer value across other
marketing programs and touchpoints
Develop and manage reporting and forecasting for direct mail that
communicates business impact on a monthly and quarterly basis (weekly/daily
reporting within a campaign)
Work with the Director of CRM to set strategic targets and goals
for direct-mail programs
Requirements:
More than
seven years of experience in a direct-marketing role, ideally in a consumer
retail environment
Must have experience managing large-scale, direct-mail campaigns
(more than 1M pieces)
Demonstrated success developing and managing high-response, high-return
mail programs, from concept to execution and measurement
Adept at applying best practices in database marketing and direct
marketing principles/operational excellence (modeling, profiling, segmentation,
data management)
Superb analytical skills with acumen in targeting, testing and
evaluation
Database agency management (data management, manipulation, delivery)
Agency management (developing and driving program execution)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to be applied in
leading, managing and influencing through other peopleıs teams
Analytically minded marketer who loves math and economics; finding
insights; and applying them to customer programs
Self-starter and good communicator who excels at cross-functional
