Title: International Marketing Manager

A rapidly growing, fun and very profitable social-networking site is searching for an experienced, motivated and innovative International Marketing Manager at its San Francisco location. As the International Marketing Manager, you will drive targeted traffic to the company through marketing investment across TV, radio, print, outdoor and other offline channels. The ideal candidate will have a media planning background with a TV focus, preferably with international experience. Some domestic and international travel is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day agency relationships including media buying and production
• Experience in creating advertising and promotional content for specific country markets outside of North America preferred
• Negotiate and maintain offline marketing budgets
• Establish and foster an open environment stimulating communication, creativity and discipline that engenders a team spirit in solving problems and optimizing solutions
• Collaborate with online marketing teams to track performance improvements and ensure brand consistency
• Share learning with marketing team and throughout the organization and foster a collaborative learning environment
• Continue to evolve best practices to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI and optimize spend across all offline media channels
• Provide daily and weekly reports that track and analyze performance in the assigned countries

Requirements:
• More than five years of experience developing and producing international offline marketing campaigns for consumer brands, with a good understanding of traditional media markets to drive media buying, testing and creative
• International experience in at least one country other than the North America preferred
• Client-side brand management experience (including a proven track record of developing successful integrated advertising campaigns) preferred
• Extensive hands-on experience developing and executing television and other offline marketing campaigns
• Experience in media buying for television and other offline media as well as creative campaign management
• Experience applying rigorous analytics to determine ROI on cross-channel marketing efforts
• A thorough understanding of direct-response marketing and expertise in offline customer acquisition strategies
• Flexibility in work hours (must be available for occasional conference calls or video conferences outside of normal business hours, based on international time zones)
• Excellent creative skills and ability to translate that creativity cohesively across multiple channels
• Strong and committed work ethic plus an ability to work in a collaborative team environment while performing autonomously
• Outstanding analytical skills and topnotch verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a data-driven mindset
• Professional marketing experience in markets outside of North America preferred
• Experience marketing a large consumer online brand using offline channels highly desirable
• Media planner with international experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or higher

Title: Integrated Marketing Specialist
Location: SF Bay Area / Peninsula

A fun, growing, consumer e-commerce site is searching for an Integrated Marketing Specialist to play a key support role on the Integrated Marketing team. If you have a passion for marketing and media and want to gain valuable experience working on an emerging powerhouse brand, this is the job for you.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will work with other teams within the marketing group and throughout the company to execute cross-functional campaigns. The Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for managing the Integrated Marketing media plan and helping to evaluate potential media opportunities, ensuring that budgets and associated deadlines are met.

As a key player on the team, the Marketing Specialist will work to ensure that brand style guides are maintained and the brand is expanded. This role's aspects involve handling online and offline advertising; integrated marketing campaigns; brand strategy and evangelism; and customer insights.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for a mid-level superstar with a background in account service or media.

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the creative development, media buying and performance measurement of the company's offline advertising and direct from publisher online advertising buys team to execute the campaign
• Managing the approved media plan and ensuring that all media channels receive materials on time
• Managing the media budget, working with the company's financial team
• Participating in development and execution of integrated marketing campaign ideas, working with the Senior Manager, crossfunctional teams and external agencies
• Taking advantage of a recent, extensive rebranding effort that resulted in a new brand identity to use as a foundation and build the company's brand equity and awareness
• Living and breathing the company's target customers

Requirements:
• More than five years of total working experience, including managing +$million national consumer advertising account/budget either on the agency or client side
• Experience in developing offline and online advertising programs
• A general understanding of how to evaluate and implement behavioral targeting, CPC/CPM display advertising and more
• Consumer marketing experience at an online B2C company or management of an online B2C account at an advertising agency preferred
• Experience managing contests, promotions and other community engagement programs preferred
• Experience in managing clients or partnerships
• A history of involvement in major brand strategy projects (brand identity re-design, brand re-positioning, or launch of a new brand)
• Strong relationship-management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for social media an ability to contribute to development of compelling integrated marketing campaigns that have high potential of going viral via social media
• Able to brainstorm and come up with new, innovative and compelling campaign ideas
• Innovative, creative thinker who can think out of the box and solve problems
