Responsibilities include:
• Leading the analytics team
• Gathering, organizing and analyzing data
• Identifying insights and optimization opportunities from data

Requirements:
• More than 10 years of experience working on media analysis and performance optimization
• Ability to work with other disciplines in an agency environment
• Experience presenting and sharing findings with internal and external audiences
• Deep knowledge of measurement approaches for both digital and offline media data, including online, search, TV, radio and print
• Prior experiencing managing 3+ analytics professionals
• Familiarity with the following data sets/tools: Broadcast media data (TRP/GRP), Google/Doubleclick DFA or Atlas, Rich Media, Omniture or Webtrends, MRI, comScore, Nielsen Buzz Metrics or Radian6, Dynamic Logic and brand tracking studies
• Strong data analysis and statistical experience including: A/B and multivariate testing, correlation, regression, cluster analysis and population testing

Title: Senior Marketing Analytics Manager

You will work closely with the channel marketing team (email, affiliate, search and CRM) using SQL and other planning analysis tools to provide segmentation and customer-profile information that drive growth of the site. Title: Senior Manager, Web Analytics

Our team is growing and we need savvy, senior analytics candidates to take us to the next level. This position will be instrumental in helping the company understand the effectiveness of its merchandising and marketing efforts.

The Senior Manager of Web Analytics will review data and make recommendations and build tagging from the ground up. Reporting to the Director of Web Analytics, the Senior Manager will analyze website performance and trends; influence site optimization decisions; drive site-tagging standards and integrity; and manage third-party relationships. In addition, the Senior Manager will be responsible for providing KPIs and insights that influence site optimization decisions and strategies. This includes creating reports and analyses, managing the integrity of site tagging and using data to drive decision-making across the organization.
