include:
Leading the analytics
team

Familiarity with the following data sets/tools: Broadcast media
data (TRP/GRP), Google/Doubleclick DFA or Atlas, Rich Media, Omniture

Logic and brand tracking studies
Strong data analysis and statistical experience including: A/B

You
will work closely with the channel marketing team (email, affiliate, search
and CRM) using SQL and other planning analysis tools to provide segmentation
and customer-profile information that drive growth of the site. The Senior
Marketing Analytics Manager will also collaborate with technical team
members to coordinate data resources or tools and will own several monthly

Web Analytics

Our
team is growing and we need savvy, senior analytics candidates to take
us to the next level. This position will be instrumental in helping the
company understand the effectiveness of its merchandising and marketing
efforts.
The
Senior Manager of Web Analytics will review data and make recommendations
and build tagging from the ground up. Reporting to the Director of Web
Analytics, the Senior Manager will analyze website performance and trends;
influence site optimization decisions; drive site-tagging standards and
integrity; and manage third-party relationships. In addition, the Senior
Manager will be responsible for providing KPIs and insights that influence
site optimization decisions and strategies. This includes creating reports
