We service clients nationally on both the agency and corporate side and place candidates at all levels in advertising and marketing. Our client roster includes Fortune 100 companies as well as boutique firms and startups. We are searching for a strong Recruiter who has a solid understanding of advertising and marketing to work with amazing companies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who loves being autonomous and working in a small, fast-paced firm. We are too busy and need some help. If you feel that you have an innate ability to understand people, their motivations and talents, CM Recruiting could be the right environment to foster success. We have great relationships with our clients and would like to be able to service them better. All Recruiters are supported by administrative and research staff.
